Creat - rcon

First off why does this newbie get banning priveleges. He bans me from servers cause he cant deal with losing. rofl I think something should be done about that right there. No fag rocket bug newbies get rcon, and think they own everyone.

well i know he has rcon to alt server cuz art gave it to him but i don't know about any other servers he has rcon for.
