All you RPG'ers out there go play Galaxies when it comes out. JK3 is a FPS lets keep it that way. All you \amsit and \amtwirl guys go have fun pretending to be luke and vader in galaxies.

Let us "real" players. <---Full force sabers have this game. Guns suck. NF is skilless. FF sabers is the way this game was meant to be. Gunners go play Quake 3. NF guys go play Galaxies and leave the real game for us.

Funny thing is, CTF takes alot more skill than randomly swining a glow stich/whoreing DFA around does. Sabers is so god damn boring and repeitive.

actually I do, I used to be a saberist. maybe u kick/grip whore then? Or maybe go around randomly swinging? Thers very few winning strats in sabers, thus is sucks ass.

Best guns ever:

Rocket Launcher- Quake 1 (can you say holy shit that's fast?)

Sniper/instant hit- Quake 2 rail (beats Q3 rail by being more stylish)

Shot gun/spread weapon- Unreal Tournament Flak Cannon (nothing pisses people off more than stepping on missed shrapnel and dying)

lob/splash weapon- JK1 conc (that whoosh sound was just too cool)

best gun to aimbot with- Unreal Tournament sniper rifle (head shot, head shot, head shot, God Like!)

best haha fuck you noob weapon- Quake 3 glove kills

Most useless pos guns:

Quake 3 nade launcher (other than trick jumping anyone ever actually ever killed anyone with this?)

Still amazes me that this is STAR WARS and people only play guns. When there's so many games on the market dedicated to guns. Q3, UT2k3, Tribes.... I mean this is the one game with saber combat, and poeple decide to totaly ignore that. Amazes me.

I don't totally ignore sabers. I use ALL weapons pretty much equally except for the DEMP which isn't in enough levels to justify learning to use it.

Dark Forces was a Star Wars Game, ditto with the X-Wing series, same for the Rebel Assault series... I didn't see a lightsaber in any of those games.

The lightsaber was a cool addition to the original trilogy, but now everyone seems to think that the lightsaber is what Star Wars is all about...

You guys have to admit that as a Shooter this game sucks. It's nothing compared to Quake and UT. I'm sure Raven didn't think it was going to make money off this game by the guns in it. This is the 1st game to offer real time saber combat. And it is Like Mortal Kombat Online. FF dueling is intricate in it's strats and Counter Strats. It does take thinking and timing. And like UJ i use about 15 keys for it. But i never came to this game for guns because i get enough of that with UT, Quake, and Aliens vs pred 2.
