I've finally got finished with the TK Anticlan movie. For those who've never heard of it. It's a short (3:37 min) ALL 3D movie I've been working on for the last almost 2 months with some of my college friends using Maya Unlimited and a few other programs.
It's a movie of what looks like thousands of stormtroopers (in reality it's only 200 just moved around to make it look like, oh wow look at all of them!) invading, or more likely entering a Bespin like place, as if they've conquered, which really they have. They move up to a building in the center of this city which has the letters "CLAN" on it, they fire their rifles and it blows the building up and out of the explosion come out the words:

and then
ANTICLAN
This could take days to render lol even on the best processor and graphics card a regular consumer can get, so far I'm at 26 frames rendered, standing at 0% lol...
When it's done we'll mix in sound, and release it with the site as a low quality flash, then low/medium/high resolution Quicktime files.
This will be my friends and my first step into the Graphics Design world as we crawl up to make an independent graphics design world.
If you guys want I'll post screens of the rendering status
31st frame, 0% still. lol
Now I post this to aks you guys to pray this Mac doesn't somehow crash...
