Would like to try out for a clan :)

I love this game and the clan I was with is now defunct. I would really like to try out for another clan. My experience is almost entirely CTF. Not sure if it matters or not but I was ranked in the top ten at the csports ranking system for almost 2 months. Not trying to toot my own horn, just trying to verify that I'm not a n00b. If you check the ranking now it will still show me in the top 100. Can provide proof of #2 ranking.

Still needs more help but with what basic functions we have we looked at your stats on our server and would like to see you at our next practice. Yep.. We usually start getting warmed up in pub mode before practice. I'll probably be in around 8:30pm EST. Though it really starts 9:30pm EST.

Actually Proxy get there around 8:30pm looks like we are starting early for the tryouts.. Don't be nervous I think you will do fine!

Are there more applicants than spaces in the clan? Will I be competing against others for a spot, or is everybody that's deemed to be worthy allowed to join? I'll be there at 8:30, but I'm not sure what "pub mode" is (public mode?)...and it's at the usual server that I get to right through the game, right? Sorry to plague you with questions...

Its based on skill/attitude not competition.
Yeah.. its public mode but we have private slots so use the password if it says its full. Using the pw will get you in.

Excellent.

I just wanted to take this chance to thank you Hoby for all your help and to Flash for answering all my questions! I had a blast trying out. I was worried a couple of times there when I wasn't doing so well and I came in dead last on that one map *shiver*. Thankfully you saw past the faults!
I have already learned a bunch of new things and it can only get better from here.
