lol....no
my downloads arent slower, and other games arent slower. But when i did speed tests they were slower...but when i downloaded from my ISP's test site, i got like 150kb and they said that was excellent. Also, they said they didnt do anything to my line, are they lying? And, if so, is that grounds for suing?
I know a little while when I got my cable modem..I went on P9 server and had around 50-100 ping happening and it flucutate between that area. Now I am around 100-150 hese days..plus my fps use to be better...but the test tell me Im doing better...not sure. I think I might reinstall one of these days just to get rid of the scripts I dont like n e wayz

you have alot of problems with personal computing devices dont you?

I've reinstalled a total of 1 time(s).

It's not hard... open all the vl2s you've downloaded... go through all the scripts you've put in the scripts folder or any subfolder of it...

just go through each file... identify what it is... and toss if you don't want it... and if you don't know what a certain thing is... send it to someone who CAN identify it

It's a simple system, just time consuming.

Open .vl2 files in WinZip/WinRAR
Open .cs files in Notepad

Delete all .dso files unless they're the renegades server files

That's pretty much all you need to know, not including basic windoze stuff

I reinstalled 1 time also, because I was deleting stuff and I accidentally deleted TR2 stuff and had to reinstall because they were with the patch :-(
There are lots of bandwidth test sites you can use on the Internet to test your throughput. The one I always use is:

http://bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/ <-- on this page, click the link for highspeed test
(I have RoadRunner cable, and I get between 2.5Mb and 3.1Mb download)

Don't forget to do Windows housekeeping stuff. You know, like getting rid of unneeded startup programs, cleaning out spyware, yada yada.
