DragonLady,

Good luck turning that outfit around. You're inheriting a mess in a lot of different ways. Honestly, there's nowhere for that clan to go but up. If you can slowly change the team's reputation (behavior not skill) around, I think you'll find that a lot of vets would be happy to give you some help.
