I started an ren train clan.I got |B|Skione to join aas enginneer trainer..I need more armor speacialist. Please contact me through jiber69@msn.com or see em in game.I dont sue ICQ much so its not worth my tiem to put it up.

I had also offered to help with the training school but since crazy actually did something I agreed to do something about it. Crazy u need to get the students I will make a curriculum. Topics will include:

Beginners
Basic weapon choices
Inventory spew - the first skill of any engineer
Laser turret placement
Deployable turrets - elf, plasma, missle, aa which do I choose?
FF Placement
Advanced
Borg killing 101
Snipers - engineers worste nightmare
Sensors - how do they work, which to use.

I may not know everything there is to know about engineers but I have spent a lot of time studying this stuff. First class will be in 2-3 weeks depending on turn out. Classes will have a limit of 5 ppl. Teamspeak will be required. tmail me or crazy if ur interested.

The whole point of a training clan is to teach people how to play the mod, i'm assuming. It does help, but the number one reason we made it was to make more clans, which should be the ultimate goal.

Rambo, clarify this for me. are you saying that more people learnming how to play the mod will not lead to more clans in any way?

maybe a possiable "talk" with teh col dude to see if he could let some of u guyz go in and train since the server is full of new peeps most of the time.

crazy you might want to get in touch with the ppl who keep up the servers. they can help Promote the classes. you can have them post it on the intro screen. when you get in the game. that is an easy way of doing it.

I keep seeing posts from people saying its gonna fail, or its been tried and failed. How about you people SHUT THE FUCK UP! If Crazy and others want to try, LET THEM. We seem to kill things before they even get started. No one said its gonna be easy, but if they are willing to try, How about we let them.

You need someone to teach ppl how to forum wh0re and be a flametard.

I think it will be the responsibility to get the n00bs and invite them to ren training. As for those "doubting thomas's" let them speak this way after we succeed we can rub it in there face
