p9 and 3g can split up into 3 separate divisions and each division can make there own tribe. Then the ladder can have 6 new tribes so we can have a total of 17 tribes instead of 11. THEN whichever tribe beats al the other tribes will win leadership when they take a monopoly of the skilled ren players again!!!!!!!!

we only have 20 people on our roster, thus splitting into three divisions would be impossible.

We'd see more teams if more 'experienced' players took the hit and joined or started clans with relatively new or inexperienced players. We'd see a nice mix and a hell of a lot more action I think.
