Question

if both team not have a server what should we do?
i try open with AASM but i have the error in red font:
Alert - server stopped by crash or task manager

u cant host a gameserver and play on it at the same time for TWL.

The attacking team needs to have a server, thats in the rules if im right, else try to borrow one from another team

The server can not be hosted on the same connection as one of the players.

For all European Tournaments, the server must be located in Europe. There are no exceptions to this rule unless BOTH teams agree. Teams found attempting to violate this rule will be awarded a forfeit loss.

If the server is being hosted by a match player, that player cannot be connected to the server via the same connection. (i.e. from behind a router or firewall)
