maybe im in wrong section, but more ppls should be interested with this. with new hotfix u can make in ../America's Army/System/ file called whatever.txt with command open 195.113.160.51?PAPassword=... and join server only typing exec whatever.txt.

question is should pb, or CDC kick me from the server for invalid file in my system folder?

You SHOULDN'T be kicked, no - however, if you execute the file on CDC, you will be suspended.

I suggest keeping the file in its current state (so MD5 etc. is in tact) in case an AC group does ban you and you need to use it to prove your innocence.

Why would you need to join the match server as player admin? If it's to configure it before the war then do it without cdc.

nah i dont wanna, but text file is stored into system folder, so question is if i can got kick for some suspicious file in my system folder...

the difference between typing the ip in aao and typing exec whatever.txt isnt that big, useless that .txt doc :S

but when executing a text file, we can't see WHICH commands are being executed - in the past, a lot of exploits could be used with commands (devmode, for example!) - this is why we dont allow execution of files

do it on cdc, expect a suspension - no ifs or buts. we cannot verify the files are the same.

Why don't you just use CDC to connect to a server?

guys, u still didnt get my point, i DONT wanna connect on TWL match using exec in command, but when i made a file with exec command to join my server as playeradmin, when i wanna play scrim or we have training. its little bit boring to type this new long command so my only question is, CAN CDC KICK ME that i have this txt file in my system folder? (not for using it)

just cut and paste it on ur desktop and then after match put it back again, do that if u want to be sure

Unless you execute that file while on CDC, nothing will happen.
