With pa out i wonder if we will get a reverend for it???Hopefully soon cause we know there is a lot of cheats that can come out in a big hurry.
Eagle
It comes w/ PunkBuster.

PB will only stop the hackers with absolutely no clue on what there doing.

The ones who have knowledge of computers,etc..will be the 1's who bypass punkbuster within seconds. Theres people already working on pb/proof hacks for pa.

Don't wanna get your hopes up that this game will be completely hack free.

It will be a lot cleaner than SH, thats for sure.

The only problem with that is if punkbuster catches them, they are banned for good. Punkbuster isn't banning ip addresses only anymore, they are banning computer parts. So it isn't worth the risk to cheat.

CoD isn't any better that EA games about cheating.

I am sure that you would be happy to supply the admins with all of the information that you have about these people.

Names, emails, & web sites would be most valuable. Send them to:
spaz@teamwarfare.com
tripped@teamwarfare.com

I will let the Admin Staff know that you'll be contacting them.

Absolutley. I myself saw a demo in where someone was flying above the map in COD. No game is ever completly cheat free. Im sure even with reverend there were players trying to find ways around it (Dont hold me to that Wrecks! ) Like redneck said though the great thing about Punkbuster is that it might not always stop cheating but the consequences will make most think twice about taking that chance.
To fly above the map you type /noclip but it only works in servers were cheats are enabled. Its a glitch in the game that hopefully 1.5 will fix. It is handy though when you are going over nades and strates

All the times I used to ring for QnD that was one of the things I hated.. Some teams.. these CAL-M teams, with guys with no lives other than playing online multiplayer games, would know exactly where to throw a nade in the percise spot from underneath the cover of 2 house down the street or even a block. In MOH: AA, BT, and SH.. I know the nades disappeared when you tried to throw them over houses. Imagine on algiers people throwing nades over the walls. Thats a CoD CAL-M match for ya.

just thinking about reverend gives me a migraine. intentions were honorable but, man, sometimes it was a pain.
Wrecks, did i say i knew them? Nope. I said i can basically tell you there are people out there making hacks for it already. There is for every game!

Redneck, you're right, they ban hardware GUIDS. BUT,thats only if you tamper with punkbusters operations. This would be,a PB_SS blocker,or something of the nature.

There is also hardware guid spoofers,in which,it inputs a fake hardware guid #,so if it gets banned...you DONT.

I've seen countless people hack in pub servers, and get kicked for aimbots and wallhacks. Guess how long they got banned for?

The admins here at twl are the only thing stopping hacking. Because if you get caught in a server, and you play on a twl roster, you can kiss ur ass goodbye.
ah me and my big mouth last time i start a thread lol.

Eagle
All of you are correct, however you forget that TWL supports and honors all banned guids on punksbusted.com. Punksbusted.com is an independant community that compiles a master ban list from hundereds and thousands of "streaming" servers. So, the problem for cheaters is this...

You cheating and getting away with it. PB's next release happens to scan for that cheat. When you pub in a random server, you get busted. That server admin has the opportunity to then turn you in to punksbusted with logs and pb_ss's. If you find your name and GUID on that list, you have earned yourself a 1-2 year vacation from TWL.
