How to get your GUID for TWL

Here is a simple guide to getting your GUID to join the ladder.

Since the PB servers are not quite working the right easiest way is to start your own punkbuster enabled server. Once in the server, open console ~, and type pb_myguid write down the LAST 8 digits of your GUID. That is what you need to enter in your profile to be able to join. To do this click on your name in upper left corner of the TWL site and go down to edit profile. On that page in the middle you will see a link saying “add another id”. Click there and enter your GUID last 8 digits then make sure you have MOH: PA selected then enter. You now can join the ladder.

Hi, I have tried everything to get my GUID for MOHPA and have had no luck. Went to our server that has Punkbuster enabled as well as others and still no luck with this in console:

pb_myguid

I even went to the punkbuster site for MOHPA trying to figure it out and since I saw that on their instructions it says:

PB_MyGuid

I was thinking... hmm maybe its case sensitive. So I went and tried it again and nothing... doesnt give me some command saying anything at all. I have registered my GUID with no problems on CoD, CoD:UO, and BFvietnam, but MOHPA I have had no luck at all. Any pointers are much appreciated.

had the same luck as you Maximus, the only way I got it is as they suggested, start a LAN (Listen) Server making sure PB is enabled then try the command, I am now the proud owner of an MOHPA PB GUID, LOL

When I said this I do mean on your own machine not off site some where.
