hopefully someone in twl can help, as pmoh has been no help so far

ive been trying to install pa with the dvd , but my dvd drive wont read the damn disk. other dvd's play fine.

one time the dvd drive started the install then hung a minute into it, other times, it doesnt even recognize there is a disk in it,. it just freezes.

any ideas????
Place the dvd in dvd-rom
Go to my computer
Left click & select browse cd
Double click on setup or left click and select run.
wont work, anytime i put the dvd in, it causes it to freeze. and if i try to end program, it clears my desktop of any icons, the only way to get them back is to eject the disk.
Take it back to the store and get another copy.
Could it be divine intervention? Maybe to not play another wargame from EA?

[D12C]Tripped
TeamWarfare MOH Competition Manager

nope, did not.

i just read a reply that it is a conflict with any kind of burning software you might have installed. im gonna uninstall those programs and see if it works, if thats the case, chalk another major screw up to ea :-(

Buy a new computer from http://www.xtremegamingrigs.com
fixed my prob, bought a new damn dvd drive, and it installed no problems.

older dvd drives are not always able to read all dvds its a common problem with older dvd rom drives.
mine was only a couple months old
