Go to the "Settings" menu. Select "Settings..." go to the "Connecting II" tab. In the "Execute Applications" menu, click "Add..."
In the "Executable File:" box, put in your path to IE. (Typically "C: \Program Files\Internet Explorer\Iexplore.exe".) In the "Parameters" box, put in "aim:goaway?message=I+am+playing+at+<SERVERADDR>". Then select the box marked as "(C) Execute File on Connect".
Click OK, then you are set to go. You can also mess with font sizes/colors/fonts if you are experienced in HTML.

Note: All text in quotes ("") should be entered WITHOUT quotes, they are just there to show where the text that needs to be entered starts/stops.

For HTML (all on one line):
aim:goaway?message=<BODY+BGCOLOR="#ffffff"><FONT+COLOR="#400000"+FACE="Trebuchet+MS"+SIZE=1>
I+am+playing+at+<SERVERADDR></FONT></BODY>

FONT : COLOR = Font Color in HEX, FACE = Font Name (Arial, Tahoma, etc.), SIZE = Font Size (1 is Smallest, other values going up.)
