New Tournament "portal" needs help coding

We are starting up a new site which is all about tournaments. People always complain about how bad they are, and there isnt a good site to host it at. Well, that all about to change. The new site is going to handle tournaments. People can create new tournements on the site, and with is comes Forums, Ladder display, roster, brackets, the whole deal. In a month, we will have a server up on a Single or Duel T1 (unmetered bandwith) depending on how big it goes. I am planning to have the site coded in mySQL/PHP. Oracle would be nice but i'm sure noone wants to donate $15,000

Again, Looking for coders to help out with the site. If you know alot about PHP/mySQL/html/flash/xml/gfx and all, or any of these areas, please stop by #csn (CyberSport Network) in irc.dynmaix.com and lend a hand!

And Oracle is overrated. All the transaction functions aren't necessary on the scale that you are talking about.
