Dont change, alot of teams probobly use this ladder as a warmup to keep in step with strats during cal's & UGS's off seasons. Thats one of the things i like about twl
One thing I have noticed about our ladder is that we tend to produce fun for the teams that don't have set schedules, as bizkit said. As much as I hate to say it, it's almost as if we are the minor league of CS. The bulk of the teams we have are not of the top tier skill caliber you may see on CAL, but they want to compete among clans that they'd have a shot at beating. This is a pretty large game and the skill curve is very defined.
A league would definitely be fun, and it's something we will consider, but we won't be taking down the ladder aspect of CS 5v5 for it. If anything we will have both ladders.
On a side note, the 5v5 playoffs idea is a great idea, and I will see what I can do to have this accomplished. Post edited by Apollo at 3/6/2003 2:26:20 PM

wtf u loser you know we don't use strats
BRIAN YOUR CUT
TWL is great. It is so much less stressfull then CAL, and TWL is a "for fun" league. It shouldn't change and they shouldnt try to compete with competitive leagues. And it's not overly crowded like OGL.
also why would u want twl to form a league? first of all they would need like 3 times the ammount of clans so they could split into divisions and not be gay like ugs and only have a east west (not that im hating on ugs cuz their admins own) but yea :p Post edited by LiL_Snow at 4/3/2003 12:15:32 AM
Well we DO have RTCW and BF1942 leagues that don't have a huge amount of teams (~30-40). It could work, but it requires a LOT of manpower (division coordinators and stuff)
