People cant join team? Whats wrong?

My clan members said when they tried to join my team it said they must have GUID entered to join this compitition. My team is an America's Army team. Can someone help?

you need them to add player identification.... I don't know what exactly that is for AA, but you might want to try the site support forum.

there is some thread already started, actually i think there is two about this GUID, i had the same problem... when signed in, hover your cursor over your name, scroll down to Account Maintanance, go to Profile... scroll down and click add some kind of id.. cant think of the name of it right now, and then there should be a drop down box, click the box and then enter the gamertag or "GUID" in the space provided, after he has done this... then have him try to join the team again
