I don't believe you can, you just play the ones left and that's it.

Standby peeps please Once I get home from work today I am going to go in and get makeup matches put in for this week. There will also be makeups for next week as well as the week during break before playoffs. We will try to get everyone caught up before playoffs to ensure all have an equal shot.

So you are gonna give makeup matches to teams who recently joined the league? I highly disagree with that. If they joined up late, that's their fault.

What's the point of having a registration deadline, if your team can join half way through the season and make up all the matches you missed. I am not against teams joining late, but I agree w/ Hexum that is there fault for not being there from the start. Isn't this kind of what seperates the league from the ladders? A set registration date w/ a season to follow.

I am pretty sure that a team asked this same question last season and was told no, you joined late sorry. If this is something that TWL wants to look into for future leagues, go ahead. But don't do it when 6 of the 8 reg season matches have been played already.

Ya, newly signed up teams should have to wait til next season. Make up matches for teams that just signed up isnt right. There was a deadline set to join league. Plus a few seasons ago a team called Elite Spoonade joined 1/2 way through the season, went 4-0. They couldnt make playoffs by 3 points. If they would joined a week earlier they woulda been in. But they knew they joined late & didnt care all too much. I say Next season do makeup matches, only for those who join'd prior to deadline, and for those who postpone matchs. Only way for it to be fair

I say make em play the undefeated teams, and teams with lots of wins, who got to that point by getting forfeit wins...w4r has played all its matches, and it sucks when a team gets ranked higher than us because of forfeit wins...but once the forfeit wins are taken care of, i dont think there needs to be any more make ups...so i guess i favor a middle ground on this one.

No makeup matches for teams that signed up late will be done this season, only for those who had forfeit wins.

Next season, we will allow anyone who signed up late to makeup first two matches of regular season. This will be elaborated some more soon.

Another thing, perhaps changing the point system. If you do get a forfeit win, then it shouldn't be 3 points like an outright win. 3 for a win, 2 for a forefit win 1 for a loss and -2 for a forfeit. Or something along those lines.

Okay its a good idea but...Your gonna have problems because you cant penalize a team because they got a FF win...We can Make them make it up which would make more sense...If they dont make them up then you get penalized

I was just throwing out ideas. I agree that a team shouldn't be penalized, But I also don't think it should be as many points as a win. if there is a way for every team to make up forfeit wins, then I am all for it.

Trust me, our team looks forward to playing these league matches. I don't like forfeit wins, we prefer to play a match and either win it or lose it.

you are so not touching my bf.. hands to yourself mr. hehe but he does make a good point, why should teams gain the full points they didn't really earn putting them in the same position as a team that has worked their asses off? I know its not fair.. but neither is the current system really.
