PANDORA 1.06 IS OUT.......

Running XP Pro, getting the below error installing server1.06. i've posted in a few german based forums for help. will keep you updated.

i thought 1.05 was hacked! i havent ever played with pandora but i ws told 1.05 was hacked!

i doubt 1.0.5 bypass is out publicly, yet, but 1.0.6 is good, i suggest all teams to get it.

1.5 bypass is being kept private at the moment. Not soon though..sadly.

DMW2 is still lookin better than Pandora. The pandora makers should just start all the way over with a new code.

I thought that the people who made Pandora had given up.

1.0.6 is made by a differen't group of people then the previous versions. I could care less witch scanner is used Pandora/DMW. I just really wish the dmw guys would would give us something quick like. I believe I have the dmw client 1.02a anyone have a clue when the server side program is going to be released to the general public? I already have the dmw server scanner from the thecheatpolice.com but I don't think it was meant to work with the client. Only their server runs the server program the works with the client I think. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The old DMW scanner is just a skin scanner.

The guy said he's out of town or somethin this week and the server side should be out around 2 weeks.

Now, with they way Pandora is looking as far as bypasses, I'd have to go with DMW2. the 1.0.5 bypass is coming out soon, but I dunno if that will work for 1.0.6. If it doesn't I'd still rather go with DMW2 as they are explaining more and more of what exactly is going on with the project. Even though Pandora is German, I really haven't seen anything that explains what EXACTLY in DETAIL that pandora does. Already the makers of DMW2 have been giving so much info that's just drawn me to that scanner more than pandora.

I just read on the site however, that 1.0.6 fixes a big security lapse that's in 1.0.5. Hopefully, that will keep the 1.0.5 bypass away from 1.0.6. Won't be sure of it till people can get their hands on it and make sure.

ah, they said on mpc that this one has been bypassed already, who thinks they're full of malarkey?

Never trust the words of freak shows who spend their times cracking games. They claim to do what they can't. If they could, it would be released on cookiemonsters new little site where now they are all releasing all the bypasses and crap. Not even 1.5 or 1.6 is on there. Last thing they cracked was 1.4. Game over for the cheaters. Pandora anyone?

omfg, p1.05 has been hacked. i hate this goddamn game and all the cheating bastards who ruin it for the rest of us.

1.05 is hacked. Several CAL league teams are blatently using it. We must move foward and use 1.06. Hopefully it will last longer than 1.05 did as the hack has been out since 5/3/03.
This constant battle against the cheating clans will eventually kill mohaa. It's really sad. Not sure what motivates these people to constantly come out with new hacks. Whats the point if it will eventually kill the competitive nature of this game. Why kill it? Because they can?

This topic has been talked about time and time again and never solves anything. The best we can do is try to curve it (because it will never end) and try to have fun. And YES, you can still have fun. The fact that hacks are being made every day doesn't even bother me. I stick to the people I know and love to play with in this game. It's just a game....and the day I get so outraged b/c of skilless cheaters, I'll quit. It's pointless to get so outraged over it.

It's not so much outrage, it's just that horrible feeling that you have been wasting your time. We are all addicted to this game and have the small comfort that the more we play the better we get, but with the hacks and cheaters with no morals, all our time is just a waste. Whats the point.
Yes having fun playing with your own guys you trust is great, but when 2 great clans go up against each other and play clean, and you win its a great sense of accomplishment. The cheaters are ruining this part of the game. Its just sad.

I guess you didn't observe any of my previous post very well did you? If you had you would have seen I'm all for the latest version of pandora along with any other client/server anticheat out there. I think it should be a given to use the latest version of pandora.

Just thought this comment was way out of line. Your comment infers that we are just complaining after getting beaten badly, and this is certianly not the case. Totally understand. I have been hacked in pandora 1.0.5 matches myself more then a few times so I know that it's happening. My comment was all in good fun but I can totally understand where your coming from.

bah, 1.06 has been bypassed, pretty much the exact same way you can bypass 1.05, not with a 'bypass' as a seperate entity per se, but some recent hax can still get right on by with a simple tweak.

I still support using it for the simple fact it may stop 'casual cheaters', Pandora is not the panacea of anticheating, but a viable method to prevent a good majority. Some other anticheats on their way seem to be a bit more promising in catching even more 'turn key' cheats. I only hope they live up to their promises.

I would really like to see ea support it's software with an anticheat mechanism that's worth something, especially after RERELEASING mohaa packed with spearhead this weekend in a new 'deluxe' version that cost more than buying the 2 games seperately. Here's the pricing at the local software store.

Mohaa AA - 24.99
Mohaa SH - 19.99
Mohaa Deluxe - 49.99? wtf!

This cheating stuff is enough already just play the game as it was intended for.To see who is the better player/s and have fun doing it WITHOUT CHEATS.Me personally i like to rag on my friends while i Pop there Cherry, like Chloe for instance.LOL

1.06 has just been hacked so it is pretty much pointless now :/ Hopefully there will be a better solution to hackers with MoH:PA ... And now that new people are taking over the Pandora project, 1.07 will prolly be out in a bit.

I was gonna test it just like you did, but I heard it had "suspicious code" in it so I didn't want to take the chance, apparently, Elac says it has a trojan in it.

Also, as for your banning, you may have emailed Anex, but he has been extremely busy lately, he and his wife are expecting a baby soon. I know it's slightly offtopic, and he should still respond anyway, but I thought that might help you understand the situation a little bit more.
