tech question

Ok well I reinstall MOHAA every now and then when I get bored (tribes 2 for life) but I always have the same old problem...horrible gameplay. Everything moves so slow and I have a ton of trigger lag. I have a ProSavage DDR 32 MB vid card but am also on 56k so...which should I try to upgrade first?

Wow...that is probably the worst computer setup I have seen someone post on any forum. You first need to get DSL or Cable to get rid of the ping lag...and I know you must be getting FPS lag from the horrible videocard you posted. If you want to run old games like MOHAA, then a Geforce 5200 will do you fine. But if you want to play the new current & future games, then get a better videocard like a Geforce 6800GT or higher or ATI x850 or higher. Then again, with that videocard you probably have a really outdated processor. So...you are gonna have to upgrade other parts like mobo, processor, and ram. @_@

the computer is 2003 and i have 256 mb ram and a 2.8 ghz processor but i'm not looking to play newer games so thanks for the suggestions.

upgrade 56k first, get dsl or cable

Well that processor is definitely fine. Then all you need is a good internet connection. MAYBE getting 512 MB of more ram wouldn't hurt since you are sticking to old games...heck even 256...unless you are cheap.

hi all i just recently re-installed MOHAA and was wondering if any of you would be willing to help me out and get me caught up again on how to play and stuff? i've never been in any clans because i never could find a good one and would rather play solo anyways but now that i'm coming back i could use some help haha
