I have this problem, I just got an ATI Radeon 9200 Series, installed it and everything, So the resolution is too small and I try to change it to 1024 x 768 and it restarts automatically....I tried opening xfire and it restarted by itself, anyone know if there is a certain thing I have to do before changing my resolution...?

i would try a different video card driver, if u just upgraded from a previous ATI i would definately go to ati's site and d/l a new one. Just to rule out the fact, set your driver to default windows driver and see if u have the same problem.
If you upgraded from a Nvidia chipset, you'll have to make sure to remove all registry entries so the ATI will install right.

ok im going to reinstall, then d/l some drivers and update it but can i get the site where i can download ATI drivers? By the way, thanks Johnny.

its ATI and its a 9200 series.... I wouldnt quite act suprised if your having problems.... AMD > Intel Nvidia > ATI and thats the way the cookie crumbles

At least he doesn't have a stock dell video card.

another problem.....well i can play cs:s but when i try to open mohaa it just quits and bring me back to my desktop before the console even goes up, I'm just about to snap this graphics card in half, never knew installing a damn graphics card would be so complicated.

Windex make sure it's snapped in completely into the slot. Update you're drivers because a LOT of people have problem with ati drivers. What is the maximum resolution of you're screen? Does it support 1024 X 768? Did you try to put it on 1280 X 1024 to see if it works? Try opening the game in safe mode and changing the settings then.
