Displaying a pic, and when pic is clicked it goes to a URL:

[a href="http://mysite.com/"][img src="http://mysite.com/yourpic.jpg][/a]

Having words display as a URL:

[a href="http://yoursite.com"]MY SITE NAME HERE![/a]

REPLACE [ with <
and
REPLACE ] with >

READ Carefully what i wrote, and follow it perfectly and you will be able to do what i outlined.
