Realism

Okay guys, as a heads up...odds are the mod required for realism is going to be changed to CKR 1.0. I have a few reasons for this but primarily it steams from the fact that the game turns into a MG/Bar fest, much like the shotgun when you play in normal mod. I have been playing both mods and CKR seems the most balanced over all. Please post your comments, but at this point it looks like that is the direction it will be going.

Either mod will turn out that way. The advantage of using CPR over CKR is that the run speed for MG's is slower. I'm not saying it's correct, but atleast if you choose to use these highly effective weapons there is a draw back. Also have you looked at the diffrence in grenades. When we checked out CKR there throw distance was absurd, and it seemed the blast range was a little out of control as well. Just some things that bother me. Which ever way it goes it should still be fun.

hmmm...

Both CPR and CKR are fine. They both have the magic STG44 with sniper accuracy so a choice on those grounds is moot. I know that nades go noticeably farther which could be a good or bad thing depending on how you use them. Thanks for the heads up though.

CPR might be better as someone pointed out because of the way it affects the speed of those carrying weapons. Both CPR and CKR are good mods. When will we have a final answer on this?

ITs been changed to CKR..that is what it will be for now. I don't see any issue with speed while carrying weapons. What most people don't realize is the bar was a very heavy weapon and usually required a second person to carry ammo. German machine gun was not as heavy, but much heavier than the SMGs,hence the speed difference.

CKR is better then CPR for many reasons. Basically its more realistic then CPR.
