It's called rules Mike. If they're that big of "noobs" then they need to stick to demo servers.

Global UTAN bans will be permanently banned on TWL. Should the Global ban be lifted, email the UT2004 staff with a link to the UTAN thread stating the ban was deleted. The staff will address the TWL ban on a case-by-case basis.
For players other than team founders, UT2004 GUIDs are required to join and compete on any UT2004 ladders. A team founder's GUID must be in their player profile prior to a match, in order to be eligible to compete. To add your GUID to your profile the following bold instructions will help.
Run UT2004, go to Settings, then the Game tab. Copy down the last 8 digits of your GUID at the bottom. It is in a box entitled UNIQUE ID/MESSAGES.
Go to
http://www.Teamwarfare.com, my twl, and then login. After you've logged in, the "my twl" button in the upper left corner should have changed to your login name. Hover your mouse over it and go to Account Maintenance and then go to Profile. In the "Member Data" area, click "add another id", select "UT2k4 GUID" in the drop down box, then enter the last 8 digits of your GUID in the box below. Click "Add Identifier."
