How about a logo that is a little bit more modern feeling. Maybe something like this?

We actually do have a new logo, or i guess the better way to put it is a refreshment of the old logo..

With all the vertical elements in our logo, shouldn't we make it so that two that are shooters facing each other?

With that said I'm surprised they put a specific countdown on there anyways. It is hard to nail down a specific date and time in web development and game development. That is usually why devs only give you an answer of "when it's ready" when they are asked when something will be released.

It seems one of the developers working on the competition aspect of the site has had to travel for work pushing things back a bit. But it is still happening! We are still being trained how to run things. We are still preparing behind the scenes for the launch. Things are being tested and tweaked while we await final development! We are still excited to have a new site!!

We may do a soft opening in the next month while migrating over users; although it would be limited access it would allow you to see what’s going on.
