AA PG Ping Rule Update
We are opening 2 new ladders for South American teams. Ladders are open for sign ups and ladders will go live for challenges March 3rd.
3V3 LADDER
5V5 LADDER
On the same day, March 3rd, a new updated version of the ping rule will be in effect.
High Ping Rule
North America and Europe:
If a player(s) ping is greater than 140ms or constantly spikes over 140 ms, he or she is not eligible to play in the match unless the other team agrees to let the player(s) play. TWL strongly encourages teams to be somewhat flexible on connection issues and give some leniency in the name of good sportmanship and Fair Play. Therefore, teams can deviate from this rule if both agree.
A substitution request from the opposing team due to ping issues must be followed. The player(s) in question needs to leave the server and can be changed via the Player Substitution Protocol. If he does not leave the server, the disputing team must post in chat that they are leaving the server and will submit a match dispute. Proper in-game screenshots must be taken and provided to TWL staff.
South American ladders do not yet have a ping rule. TWL will gather input from teams in these ladders for a future ping limit in the SA region.
