CTF FINAL FOUR
We have four teams inching their way to the final match, battling to find who will be named the ultimate flag carrier. Those teams are Team Werra, Anarchists, Uo2 and Double Take. We spoke to each team and gained a little more insight into their thoughts on the semi-finals.
How did your season go and what do you anticipate in the semi-finals?
nt0X*[doubletake]: The season went fine except when Anarchists and us had a communication breakdown and they got us on a no show. Then a lot of forfeits and teams that aren't the best to deal with. In semis, I anticipate winning without question!
cov..uki: I anticipate a complete and total annihalation. We played uo2 on Trainstation three weeks ago and it was 39-0. Finals are gonna be good though. This season has been a walk in the park from the records I'm seeing.
RebeL |uo1|: Our season went as well as we could expect. We've been involved every season now and have made it a habit of ending up in the semifinals. It always seems like we are put up against Werra, and well we learn a lot. I don't expect this time to be any different. The end of this season marks nearly 2 years from when UO1 started pubbing it and it has been a lot of fun.
-{A}-Crutch: We have had a lot of fun during this CTF season. We've had a different group of guys playing every week it seems. We have a good chance to make it to the finals if we scrim a bit and learn the spawn points. We are mainly a SD team that wanted to have some fun and we are glad we made it this far. Its been a good change of pace for us. There are 4 really good teams left and anyone can win it all. With a bit of luck, it may be ours for the taking. I want to thank all of the --{A}-- members for helping out with scrims, strats, and matches during this league season. We have a talented team with many skilled players, good leadership and dedicated gamers. Good Luck to all finalists in the CTF league.
