CS:S NA Ladder Issues

CS:S NA Ladder Issues
We are aware of the issues with the CS:S NA Ladders and are working overtime to resolve all of them to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, due to the actions of a disgruntled staff member, many matches were killed and a few select teams deleted. This person has since been removed from staff and permanently banned from Teamwarfare. As such, we have temporarily locked the ladders while we try and resolve any standing issues.

1. Ladders will be reopened Thursday May 4th to challenges, we will not be specifying a time for the reopening as we may need to be flexible.

2. If your team was removed please contact drvonsock@teamwarfare.com or firehazard@teamwarfare.com and we will try and correct the error.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Just wanted to say thanks for the update as I had no idea what was going on. it is too bad something like this happened but our clan knows TWL will handle it the best way possible. Ok... now do I get brown noser points or what :-)

I posted in our forum that one of 2 things happened... 1. maintenance on the ladder, 2. pissed off admin messed things up Sry to hear about the issue, but thanks for the update....

#1 is in the bottom 5 now haha

I just want to assure you folks that the CS:S staff are busting their butts trying to resolve this. I had it happen to me when I was a CD and it's not any fun.

All I ask is that you please be patient. It's not an easy task and it's possible that the exact ranking structure may not be 100% what it was. But, I can assure you a top 5 team isn't going to have to start at the bottom

does this affect ppl joining teams? cuz ares says roster full even though i kicked two ppl off of it to get one person on.

Could this possibly screw teams that are moving from TWL-O to TWL-Main? Cuz that would just suck.

Hmm..it appears the rosters have been fucked with a lil' too. I am in 2 v 2 css ladders with me and my friend but it says he's not on the ladder when he's still there. Aka when i go to challenge it says my roster is smaller than 2 people but when i look at my 2 v 2 roster it has 2 people..weird.

they have to go to a previous backup of the db, or try to restore the current db as best as they can...either way doesnt sound like a lot of fun..

How you guys getting along? Any updates?

AlmightyMalachi please learn to read, noobieface, there is no twl-o or twl-m ON THE LADDERS....this thread is about the "issues with the CS:S NA LADDERS"!!!!! we wouldnt have this problem if you didnt skip 3rd grade reading class...come back when you have something intelligent to say

He didn't mention anything about the ladders, he inquiried about the seasons and if any harm could/would have been done, since I doubt you know exactly what happened on the forums. Do you, do you know exactly what happened, how it happened, who did it, why they did it, what they did, who they deleted, what else they screwed up? Please be quiet, and learn to read yourself.

To sum if up if you can't figure it out yourself, he just inquired, no need to attack him.

Ladders have been reopened to challenges.
