New IRC Support Channel
Tankd and Recar, Teamwarfare's Site Support Team, are proud to announce the opening of the new support channel on IRC, #twl_support.
On the Gamesurge network via IRC, the channel #twl_support will now be the main support channel for Teamwarfare.
The Bot: In this channel now is a help bot. Just type .help to start the troubleshooting. This bot is very helpful and should be able to solve your problem. If you still are unable to find the help you need, simply type !admin and an admin will be right with you.
For site-related questions, #twl_support is the channel to go to. #teamwarfare is also available as Teamwarfare's main channel, and in both channels the admins will be glad to point you to specific game channels for game-specific questions.
So if you need some help, and you need it quick, hop on IRC, Gamesurge network, and join #twl_support for some immediate help. Remember, if help is not available for some reason, emailing SiteSupport@TeamWarfare.com will be your best bet.
