Members of TeamWarfare. I would come to you today to remember one of our colleagues, Fedaykin, he was an admired Admin and member of our community, his dedication was enormous. Even facing death he found time to laugh and dedicate life and energy to both TeamWarfare and the game he loved, Americas Army.
He always kept his friends at TWL updated with his treatments and always took it in his stride. The community as a whole responded in shock and tried their best to comfort each other in this tough time. People responded in many ways but here is a prayer we found, that sums up many of the communities feelings:
*mien - definition: air or bearing especially as expressive of attitude or personality
This is a big loss for his family but all are affected by a death such as this, and lets not forget his clan mates [if.Faw]. Our thoughts are with their members as well as with Fed's family at this time of sorry. Their strong connection to him has hit many hard. Our thoughts are with you.
He was a close friend to many in the community and we will all miss him. Am sure hes looking down upon this right now and wondering what all the fuss is about. That was his nature.
Fedaykin loved Canada. He went on a 7000 mile journey through the beautiful country visiting many of its natural wonders. It must have been the fresh air or the love of independence that drove him and his friend to take up such a challenge.
As our thoughts turn to his family, and especially his father, we realized how much TWL meant to Fed because on the day of Fed's passing his father spared time, in his grief, to write a few words informing the TWL community of his and our loss.
We in the TWL/AA community want TeamWarfare at large to know that this loss has inspired us to insure Fed would never be forgotten. So TWL has decided to rename the Euro 6v6 Invite Leagues to the Euro 6v6 Fedaykin Memorial Invitational League. The legacy of a great TWL Admin and all he stood for will live on.
His funeral was an occasion to reflect on his life, and was attended by TomB, who took some pictures to immortalize the day forever in our memories, we thought they may also help us and the community to cope with the loss of Fed an Admin, a colleague and a friend.
Fed the man who made us laugh.
His first love.
His father.
His Final Resting Place.
We can only scratch the surface of the man and his life, but it is better to share out thoughts and remembrances with each other and maybe in some way help in the mourning process of one of our brothers.
Capt Hicks as already said he is creating a website as a memorial to Fed and his life. It hit everyone hard a loss of a great guy, Talon a US ladder admin put together a memorial for the community in a short movie dedicated to Fed, please take the time watch her thoughts and memory of respect for Fed the Man.

These memories and thoughts are part of the connection that Fed had with his other colleagues on every level, from formal to social he was always down to earth and always knew how to make people fell better. He dedicated a lot of time to TWL even in the late days of his illness, this was true dedication and we admire and appreciate all he has done.
So from Team Warfare, from the Americas Army community and from me
Rest in Peace Martijn Fedaykin Alleman

I remember in my early days of competing at TWL... Fed was a nice admin around the AA area. During the beginning of my competitions, he got sick, and it started progressing. I wish that I could have gotten to know him better. He always was a good admin to talk to, and seemed like a cool guy allaround.

I'm too sad now.
His first love.

Once in awhile we would go pub on IC or pipe and just either get tked tk or just pub it up. Great guy was always there for support if you had any questions about anything...

I read his posts when he was sick and fighting to get better even then he managed to throw in a joke. He has nothing but my deepest respect as an Admin, a Player and most of all a very courageous human being.

it is hard to pull out 1 special thing about Fed. He was always willing to help anyone, he was always around to make jokes, most of all, even after he was sick and knew there was not much hope; he kept on trying to do what he could. I am not sure if it was because it took his mind off of his situation or what, but it was brave of him to face it head on as he did. I am 40 now, but Fed was only 29, when i look back on my life from when i was 29 until now, it makes me sad to think of all he missed of his life.
