In a released statement, T.C. TotalCarnage Waltz, COO of TeamWarfare, said, "TeamWarfare just passed the 300,000 member mark thanks to the dedication of our staff and the continued support of members from each of the gaming communities participating at TeamWarfare.
This places TeamWarfare as one of the largest online gaming competition sites on the Internet. The TeamWarfare site receives nearly 4 million hits a day with almost half of the users being visitors. There are now 40,378 teams populated by a total of 141,897 combined players from active league and ladder rosters. Our official TEAMWARFARE STATISTICIANS (i.e., chimps in lab coats) have informed me that growth is continuing to accelerate. In the past 48 hours, TeamWarfare saw 530 new accounts registered on the site.
Another mile marker is fast approaching as TeamWarfare waits in anticipation of the 200,000th match to be played. As of this past weekend, TeamWarfare had 197,433 matches reported.
