LIBERATION RULES WILL BE CHANGING

I am VERY sorry for the confusion gents, but the Liberation rules we decided on in the Town Meeting are not going to work. For some reason, Round Limits do not work in Liberation Mode.

So, be on the lookout for an announcement later this evening on what the new rules will be.
Suggestions are welcome.... We are really at a loss at to what would be the 'best' way to run these without roundlimit.
Suggestion. Why not run it like an OBJ match, most wins 30 minutes each side. That way we don't go through every map every night, and it should work out.

Riddle me this...

The only problem we found with that is if one team wins a game, they will camp and spread out and generally avoid enemy contact for as long as possible.
I think the same rules as Objective is the way to go, if a team gets ahead and wants to camp it up then thats ok, it all part of the way liberation is set up. If you dont want a team to camp on you then dont let them get the advantage to do so. Its like a football team complaining about the rain, like it isnt raining on the other team. The rules will work, the same rules apply to both teams. I think we are trying to make this a little too complicated.
just use set timelimit instead of roundlimit that way you just run through 3 map rotations.

I think this is best because if one person has 4 people captured and the other has 2 or 3, the person losing at the time will have to go and rescue his squad if he wants to win the map or its his loss. After all that is what liberation is about "liberating your people" who ever has more people captured is the one that is going to be more compelled to get them back.
