Kommando is right. People and their stupid open gl hacks. Why cant we just have a cheat free game? Is it so hard for crappy players just to practice instead of cheating to get better? Maybe someday someone will make a first person shooter that is impossible to hack/cheat with?

Hobbes.....My team has spent alot of time testing matchwatch, reverend and CI against mods. Certain mods pass in Spearhead but fail horribly in BT. Its sad but true. Try an opengl hack in Spearhead and then in BT 2.40. Doesnt work. If its a fact, then tell me Im lying and lets try it out together.
this has been said in the sh forums many times, and by many people.
just dont like it . my old clan tried it out. even got a bt server. but the siming/shooting was off from what we were used to in sh, lag was terrible, and half our team couldnt get into our server ,due to the 'invalid cd key' problem. we gave it a shot, we didnt like it.

The funny thing about BT, when I first started playing the game, I got mad lag. I almost hated it. Then I adjusted my settings, dropped my graphics down to medium/high from highest, cranked up my core clock on my vid-card, next thing you know, zero lag. Ever since then I have fell in love with this game. The weapons are sweet, gotta love the mines and the british hmg. The levels are phenominal. I think the game play is very very comparable to SH, no difference in the running, leaning, jumping, ducking, shooting for me. Oh well, now im rambling. Eitherway, BT is a better game than SH. Give it a shot, try lowering your vid settings, you'll be amazed with teh gameplay on this one, i cant see why anyone wouldnt like it...

Afta-Maf = EA GAMES Sales Rep. jk, lol. Seriously though, I'm with you guys on BT spanking SH. But I have to admit, without the TWL mod some of the mgs shoot with a slower rate of fire than SH, and I could see how this would put off some people. I happen to agree with the slower rate of fire, especially on the STG44. It balances out the weapons, and makes it a little more realistic (no mg in ww2 had the rate of fire that the stg does in SH). my 2 cents
