I find it kinda boring joining established clans and I have a web design skill so I decided to start up my own clan/platoon - Panther Company.
Built a starter website for the platoon over at http://bf3panthercompany.com [bf3panthercompany.com] - this is something ill be improving on even more in the future. We have member pages, forums and all sorts of cool functionality.
I have a 20 slot 24/7 teamspeak 3 server running, ill expand that as our needs change.

As soon as I get a small foundation of members I will be purchasing a 32 man ranked server on the east coast. We are going to be signed up on all of the major ladders and tournaments as well.

18+ (if you're cool and don't sound like a child I will make exceptions).

I'm not the greatest player ever made and I dont expect you to be. If you are into teamwork and working together you will be a good fit. I have prior experience running clans, I know how to make this work.
