Please take note of the Rung Ladder General Rules:
Challenge Cancelation
On the TWL there is no availability for the team Captains or Founders to cancel a challenge. All Cancellations must be coordinated through a Ladder Admin. Cancellations are not always guaranteed.
Now you can ask for an admin to look at your match and kill it. I am informing teams now that admins will NOT kill matches simply for scheduling conflicts. Match kills will happen if both teams agree to kill the match in match comms. Special cases will be presented and discussed between myself and the admins prior the decision to kill the match is made.
