Game Settings

I haven't been able to find a list of server settings for each gametype in the ladders/league. The rules for each ladder are pretty vauge about all the rules...only mentioning a couple of things. There is a post in an old thread that has CAL settings...but this isn't CAL...and the 15 second respawn time is shit, among other things. So whats the settings supposed to be for each game type?

Actually, I'd be kinda up for a 15 sec respawn rule on TWL as well.

Helps prevent turtling and promotes more offensives (i.e. you can actually kill a guy in their base and have time to leave before that guys spawns again)
