now this is just a suggestion to all new clan leaders . in the past two weeks i have been saying "work the ladder" and of course in response i have heard a few things about why not to do this .

we all have joined this ladder for the fun and competition . but we want good and "strong" competition in the ladders and the only way to get strong competition is for clans not to shoot for that top 10 spot right off the bat .

working the ladder allows your team to gain the experience needed to compete in the top 10 and to maintain a top 10 spot .taking a loss of 250-29 in a match is hard for a clan to come back from it get`s your clans moral to a point that is hard to come back from. work slow but hard take your time and look at the other teams record befor you make a decision that can kill a clan .

there is alot of info on these clans not only here in TWL and a teams record but at http://www.dc-central.com and many of the DC fourms. gl to all teams in the DC ladder. and remember that respect is not gained in 1-2 matches but earned in several and respect that is earned will take you a long way in the DC community !!!

Alright, besides your childish insults at his spelling, he does have a point. Any leaders of new clans reading this should really put some thought into it.
shut the fuck up nathan is a wonderful human being!
