Since I saw you are posting here today what about the following.
removing people that have more than 4 llamas, and people that are just not active. Ie have not made a challenge or accepted in two months. That way when people do join the ladder they are not number 100 and have to go through hell to get toe the few people that are active.
Also if we could drop the time limit to 15 in the rules.
