I propose myself as the new head ut2003 admin.

This ladder needs much work. Being one of the more active, experienced, and skilled players on the ladder, I feel that I'd be a worthy canidate for the head admin position of this ladder. I've been a long time member of the twl community, and I'm very familiar with how it runs. Should the position be given to me, the following could be expected.

-Removal of inactive players and teams.
-Revisting the map list; adding and removing maps in a appropriate fasion.
-Attempt to make the ladder more popular.
-Listen to the players; I often find that admins are unreachable the majority of the time.
-Other stuff.

he can mirror the maps and style that CPL and CAL uses to help draw in the big boys but maybe offer some other incentives for players to compete here

The current admin's have done nothing to improve the ladder. I have the know how and the means to make this ladder appeal to more people, gather more of a crowd, and try to help ensure it's life.

Why would they let a person that talks trash 90% of the time become an admin? You have proven that you demean people and I think you would go on a power trip if you became an admin.
