I myself was a console gamer before tribes, so that's where I ended up going.
I haven't ran into anybody from tribes in 8 years gaming on console.
Ive been playing (xbox)(and I hate it)GTA4&5, CoD4, W@W, MW2, MW3, L4D1&2, Pokemon, Borderlands1&2.. And that's just what I play 'online'
I'm sure many of them moved on to T2,T:A, or T:V unless there's another I cant think of. Steam has the new tribes for a download. It's possibly free.. Worth a look, though.
heh. i had never even heard of tribes until tribes ascend came out. i thought it was awesome until this guy named michelob had me try tribes 1. now TA is ruined, so thats not an option. i cant just play a shitty game like that when i know t1 is out there. tbh all the games you just listed are complete crap so you should really come back to t1.
I was thinking about it. I just recently got this new PC, and it needs a video card. Once I get one, Im sure Ill be here and there.

I was there since BetaDance, and the only reason she wont die is because Tribes is literally on life support and no one wants to be all Terri Schiavo and pull the plug.(Too soon?)
Tribes will always be the greatest team game Ive ever played. I just feel bad you missed out on the glory days, good luck in the post-apocalypse-tribes!
as long as you arent expecting full arena servers its not really that dead, played some 5v5 and 6v6s in the past couple nights. It's annoying to have to idle in an empty server to start it up but once people join games usually last for a while. I wouldn't expect someone like you to go in and start it up from nothing, but check in every once in a while. if you see 12 people in there, hop in and play a game or two.
do me a favor though and don't tell me the game is dead when i play it every day . game will only die when no one can play it due to compatibility issues with new OS's and everyones' old tribes computers die.

He did something pretty shady. Like, so shady, I still dont want to believe it, he must of had a good reason to do what he did. He never seemed like the person the to rob someone. So after that, even I lost touch with him. I feel he was embarrassed to the point of hiding. I still like the guy, despite what happened and everything. I just feel he deserves to give his story.
