Sake's Videos

Sake, I just now saw the links to your 2 videos, so I downloaded them and watched them. Just want to suggest to anyone that has not seen them TO see them because the huge files are well worth it.

I'd say hands down, overall this video is the best Tribes/Tribes2 Video ever made. The editing in it, including fade in/out effects, the coloring especially the sky animation at times, the timing so that shots happen to each beat, and tons of other effects are awsome. I liked the music and really enjoyed it. I am looking forward to the 3rd one!

Nice Work, Mad props... kinda makes me not want to make a vid of my own though because it won't compare lol :/

im guessing u havent seen tani's "cluster", at least the segments he edited (intro/part1/ending), not the user submitted stuff (part2)

I have seen tons of T1 videos and only these 2 T2 videos. So far they are the best, but I haven't seen cluster's yet. I am downloading now.

Try a friggin Download Client.. DUH.. DAP i get about 500 + k/b a sec, then again, I am on T3... Took me 5 mins to download cluster :/

I'm on cable and getting 400, they were just big.

imo, Descendants is the best T2 movie made, and perro3 is the best T1 video, check them out if you haven't seen them :>

I'd Say Perro 3 easily has the best shots, PERIOD, but, cluster's has the best editing....

I just watched cluster and I didn't think the editing was good at all, the blurring and color changes were overdone and didn't contribute to the feeling, sake2 and perro3 are both edited better. Even Ur6an’s vids are better, like Rep'Ruh'ZenT'N gets you pumped, makes you want to keep watching and then go play – watching cluster I was just waiting for it to end.

maybe there were too many effects, which is opinionated and fine.. but I don't see how you can say the editing was not, "good at all." I mean, he timed the effects so that they would change or happen just as the shots happened, and they also were in sequence with the music tone... I did like sake's video editing though, i'd say he mastered the effects timed perfectly with the music... especially the scene where he includes, "that part was a bitch."

In perro's vids I didn't see any editing at all, infact the only thing he does is add a few effects and one replay of a shot.... However he has bomb shots so effects aren't necassary..

Can you link Rep'Ruh'Zent'N 's video or whatever his name is? I'd like to see it.

if you think perro's video has better editing than cluster, maybe you should go watch it again. not only do the blurs look awesome, but perro didnt even edit his video.
